you shouldnt have moved him. Just because he can move his legs means nothing, your actions were admirable but you could have caused more harm by moving him

gg dude, hopefully he makes it.

I once pulled a guy out of a burning car. He was semi conscious and i had to grab his door and kick the rear 1/4 panel to get the fucking door open. Flames were coming inside the car from under the dash board and all i thought was i had to get him unbuckled and then drag his fat ass out of the car. Of course not a person offered to assist me. After i got him out of the burning car and placed him on the grass, some retarted girl says "you shouldn't have moved him, he may have a broken neck" I replied, "Oh, having him burn alive is a better option?..fuck you"

I then went to the gas station next door, washed his blood off my hands, and then hopped in my car and left.

The world is my urinal

I read a story a while ago where the same thing happened except the injured guy had a broken back and he sued the rescuer for moving him and breaking his back.

anyway, good work, I'd hope I'd do the same.

thats why its a good idea to do the deed and haul ass so your admirable actions(at least to yourself) won't get you screwed in court by some homo.

Most states have good samaritan laws in place to protect rescuers, professional or not, from being sued as a result of their actions. Typically, gross negligence on the part of a rescuer would be the only way to get yourself in trouble. Doesn't sound like there was any negligence involved here.

In some areas you can actually be prosecuted for not rendering or attempting to render aid in an emergency.

We did smell some sort of gas and didn't want to take any chances. We took the guy to one of the home's front yards. I am not sure what happened to the cars. I'm going to search for an article now.
