AS for the 21 thing, Vermont has a bill going through the houses and so forth to test out an 18 year of age alcohol limit for 6 months. It hasnt passed yet but there really is no reason not to pass it as it is just a trial.

Actually from waht my State Trooper Part time professor told us, VT weed is of higher quality and more in demand than Canadian. From what ive tried, I'd believe it.
