Turn it off, let it cool down.

Secondary action would be to buy a new cooling system if this happens a lot. New fans and such.

I think Milla was looking into buying a new cooling system. Ask him about what he plans on getting.

if youve got a vented front with a fan bracket, put a fan there taking air in,
gets a good flow of air in and out...worked for my over heating card problem.

if your cpu is that hot, your fan probably isn't working. thus you'll probably find you'll have to replace the current one.

200+ degrees is not good. If a fan was working, it wouldn't be that hot. something isn't dissipating the heat. Maybe your heatsink fell off or something if your fan is indeed working, but i bet it's not.

I've heard only good things from the Swiftech H20-120 water cooling kit. They all claim it works real well and is easy to install

just get a new fan. water cooling is overkill since you probably dont overclock, ujnless you do overclock then get water.

Could just be there isnt enough paste on to disapate the heat. Take off your cpu and stick some more paste on.
