That's pretty much a top-of-the-line setup, and it doesn't matter what brand it is, it just matters what's inside. I build mine, so it doesn't have a name obviously. Brands like Compaq and Gateway just cut corners anyway and give you generic parts, not to mention that they are way overpriced.
hey guys was thinking of bulding my own pc in few weeks any one got any ideas on what i should buy i have 2 60 gigs in this pc and a gf4 320mg ram its a new prosser realy what me looking for i have a athlon 1.2gig had a pntuim 5.50mghz but i think this athlon ant that much faster still have that other pc forgot about it till now dame idiot shoot me fire2:
im very happy cause i just bought a G force 2 400mx today! its actully a pretty good card, i just played an online game of MOH with all the settings on max for 2 hours straight & it only began to get a bit chuggy around the end & thats due to my need of more ram.

i just built a p4 1.8 gig with 2 sticks of 512 ddr memory,radeon card with 64 meg of onboard memory.sound blaster audigy,40 gig hard drive,runnin xp home edition.did a few tweaks.now its runnin at 1923.thought about the 2.5 but the money difference was too much.still very well pleased and im sure you will be too.good luck with it...BUTCHER
