The guy's girlfriend cheats on him, hence "notch in your bedpost," "line in a song," and "sleeping for the wrong team," and he's pissed off. The phrase, "I'll be your #1 with a bullet" means that he would always be her #1 guy, and would do anything for her. "A loaded God complex, penis it and pull it" doesn't really make much sense, because a God complex is when somebody thinks they are better than God etc. In this case though, it is paired up with the #1 w/bullet, and now that she has cheated on him, he will no longer do anything for her, but rather himself, because he is better than her (maybe treated her like a god). He kills her, and then he kills himself because he's a faggot.
