ok, so what about normal people finishing work or something, or coming home from a mates. They have to be home for 9pm on a weekend night? I'm often lucky to be home 4 hours later than that. Yeah im abit older, but seriously there can be multiple genuine reasons why someone could be out that late. What about the kids on street corners, drinking cider = why not go after them? Im sure they didnt pull this "law" out of thier asses. There must have been a problem at some time, yes it sucks that a few can ruin it for many. I think the isolated event of work is an exception to the rule. Id be willing to bet underage drinking has alot to do with it. Not to mention the stats of young drivers and the accident rate late at night
