Ok, so i'm still having that problem with my computer not wanting to play any videos so I downloaded a older driver for my Geforce 6600 GT, I was running version 8.1.9.4 and then I went to version 8.1.8.5 and now I can play videos fine but with any folder,internet explorer open or even windows medai player, whenever something is scrolling down there's this little line that goes down my screen instead of scrolling smoothly, can anyone help me? Akuma? Gerv?

Try uninstalling the driver, boot into safe mode, run driver cleaner and then boot back into windows and install the latest driver.
