Fucking kid is a pussy. The class is based on "Ethnics" and thats one of the lessons of the class. Apparently he just doesn't get it. He should've thrown an eraser at his teacher. I had a teacher who used to fucking ambush us with flying chalk board erasers. We learned soon enough to split into teams to get his ass back. It was great...guy took it like a champ. This kid just took the 00's way out and probably wants to sue.....fucking pussy.

US as in the class. This kid was picked out during his midterm final because he wore a rivals jersey in "steeler country" and he was punished for it, made to sit on the floor and take an exam, while kids threw paper at him. I mean he didnt even finish the exam, which in turn could impact his grade, which could mean the difference in GPA of getting into PSU or CCBC, which could impact jobs.

This is an extreme example, but you're saying hes a pussy and should be singled out and as a result could suffer damages to income or lifestyle, because of the shirt he wore.

Its no different than making blacks drink and sit in different areas from whites in all honesty

Yeha fuck that, the teacher should be fired just because he is a Steelers fan. Not just that but the kid should sue indeed. Who cares if its an ethics class, its bull shit to humiliate one kid and not a "group" of kids. Its lame and the teacher should never be allowed to teach again.
