Go out by yourself. Its awkward at first, but you'll get used to it. Especially, if the only people you have to club with are going to pull that shit. I do a lot of traveling for work and have to go to restaurants and bars by myself all the time. At first, I felt like a complete douche asking for a table for one, but you'd be surprised at how people will ask if they can join you. I think its a lot less intimidating for women to strike up a conversation with one dude than a gang of dudes.
