or better , make the stroke universal throughout, on the eye, shape and text.

how do you make those curves so nice?

pen tool is probably the easiest.

forte : you can use your wacom and the pencil / brush tool and just draw the shape out ( illustrator ). if you dbl click on the tool in the toolbox it will give you options to smooth the drawn path out. check the help on them for details. then you can use the pen / direct selection tool ( white arrow ) to adjust the shape if its not to your liking.

i'm not gonna waste 2 hours trying to make this shit with photoshop when it can be done in 5 minutes in illustrator
