I dont work there but they are cooked. But the grill marks are pre put there. They just cook up really quick in the grill conveyor belt. Then again...maybe that thing puts the marks on there.

Its all flamegrilled through a large conveyor belt broiler, but some burgers are put in the microwave to melt the cheese (if there is cheese on it)
