Default Bood Patch for Multi player? - 09-02-2002, 04:24 PM

I have tried all the mods for blood and nothing shows up in multi player. anyone know of one that works, and how to apply it?

1st make sure you unzip the file first. should be a pk3 file.
Place this file in your main dir. ( may sound simple but many forget to do this - no offence if you have done this already )

If you have done that, try this

make sure you have wall decals checked
toggle texture compression. depending on how the mod was made you may have to set it to the opposite of what your currently using

Both can be found main menu -> video

If your not afraid of seeing to much blood try the sharp blood mod. Its pretty intense. If it is too much try DaGrooves Ultimate gore. They both are pretty good.

I got it. I thought that the "main" dir was the root. I am a dumb ass. To think I am a high level web guy... lol. Sometimes the simplest things alude me.
