a thing that always bothered me was how lame the effect was when a bullet hit sand/dirt/grass/concrete. When bullets hit stuff its suppose to reak havok kicking up all kinds of debris, most games lack this quality. Does anyone know any files or mods there are out there to make the bullet hit effects more intense?
