your right...sometimes i do give a warning first...if a guy says the f word in a sentance and hes been doin fine for a while..seems like a ok guy...ill say..watch the language...sometimes he says...ok..sorry...no harm no foul..sometimes a new guy will fly into a whole series of cuss words..for that i have no patience....hes gone..and like i said before..my server carries a warning message..it say..NO ROCKETS,NO RESPON KILLING OR BAD LANGUAGE,,OR DISRUPTING THE GAME BY BEING A GENERAL JACKA$$...THESE THINGS WILL GET YOU KICKED WITHOUT WARNING...this message appears every 10 minutes...a lot of the time ill put it to a vote...ask the players...sometimes they say..give the guy a break..ok...sometimes they say..kick him..hes gone...i feel like its my server...but its also the regular players who show up every night...its there game too...and they should have a say on whos stays and who goes...so it just depends on the situation...EXCEPT...if a players name is offensive..LIKE YOURS FOR EXAMPLE...i dont ask..there i just kicked and ban...theres no vote there...thats my decision alone...and thats how it goes at my server...some people may not agree...but like a wise man once said in this post....theres a 1000 other servers to play on if you dont agree...BUTCHER
