Sweden:

16 to start driving fer yer license, which you can take at 18.
18 to drink at most places, whilst some have 20-21.
20 to buy liquor and beer in stores (beer over 3.5 vol%).

15 1/2 to start driving, 16 for your liscense.
16 for "legal sex"
18 for cigs, porn, and adult responsibilities.
and 21 for alcohol and fireworks both of which are easily obtained if yo uare not 21.
