Just kidding. I'm also working on custom status, and I'm think of trying out one of the two, voice your opinion if you've any.
a) Ranking. Like if you have 30 posts or less your title would be a Private, 30+ but 50- than Sergeant, 50+ 100- is a Corporal, 200 or more you're a Chief Warrant Officer, etc.
b) Free-4-all. Once you reach 30 or more posts, you have the freedom to choose from ~ 6 pre-defined titles.
Finally and once again, EVERYBODY can rate a topic, not only mods and admins. It's the drop down menu at the right bottom of the thread right above the "Hop to" menu.

and if you do the military ranks , make yourself and every 2015 dude an automatic "General of the Army"(0-11) .
and the highest rank that any normal person can achieve would be 5 star General (O-10) or Lieutenant General (O-9)

Private, Private 2, Private 1st Class, Specialist/Corporal, Sergeant, Staff Sergeant, Sergeant 1st Class, Master Sergeant, 1st Sergeant, Sergeant Major, Command Sergeant Major, Sergeant Major of the Army, WO1, Chief WO2, Chief WO3, Chief WO4, Master WO5,(OSS ??), 2nd Lieutenant, 1st Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Lieutenant Colonel, Colonel, Brigadier General, Major General, Lieutenant General, General.
Although I think thats WAY too many ranks for something like whats being proposed, I'd say put the "OSS Ranks" in between Master Warrent Officer 5 and 2nd Lieutenant ?? How many ranks should be included in the OSS ?? Did the OSS even have ranks, or did they just use the rank given to Army personnel etc ???

or you can do just some of the E class like :
Private (E-2)
Corporal (E-4)
Sergeant (E-5)
Staff Sergeant (E-6)
Sergeant Major (E-9)
and then do the complete O class
(O-1) through (O-11)

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA all the way , baby
whats this choosing crap , make them earn their rank
since Coriolis said that its was hard to get more then 2 ranks in UBB and as long as the predefined things arent military ranks i'm fine with that
but i still prefer earning military ranks , it makes it more fun !
