i drink about 5 or 6 a day. I have lost the taste of soda ever since I attended college bc they had a bunch of awesome alternatives including different juices, iced-teas, and milk. When I got home, I just switched over to water.

I do understand where you're coming from Judas. I don't think I would have ever gone to all water unless I had that transition of juices/teas/milks.

When they say you need 8 glasses a day, I think they mean that you need that much water during the day which also includes your foods and other beverages like soup and iced tea. That's what I heard, but not sure if that's exactly the case.
