Of course she thinks youre on roids, it makes your muscle mass increase greatly in such a short amout of time. You should explain to her what is going on so she doesnt withhold sex from you. No acne no roids. biggrin:
I find Whey Protein to be fine, and also Creatine to be fine for ones body. I wouldnt lose sleep over it thinking it will fuck up my body.
