IMO **DS9 was the ONLY Star Trek worth watching. It had a dark sad side to the future, not this peechy perfect crap the other series promote. The last 2 seasons were completely about the War with the Dominion. IF you think that battle is massive, the final battle on the push for Cardassia is about 5x the size and a hell of a lot longer. It was a shame that they never made am ovie for it. (DS9 had the highest ratings for its last 2 seasons over any other of the ST shows as well, it wasn't a show for nerds most people enjoyed it. I can't stand to watch any of the other series.) |
Yea, I never really watched any star trek series. Ill catch some TNS or TOS on TV every now and then, but I dont like it much. I mostly just like to "MST3K'-ify, which drives my dad crazy because hes an actual trek fan. Its mostly blind/black jokes about Geordi.
