god i hate people that say that shit. it's absolutely fucking useless.
too late in the thread but to prevent hangovers, keep something to eat around where ever you will be sleeping, along with some juice or water. when you get home, try to eat alot, and drink as much fluid as possible. you'll be fine in the morning.
