He's one of those Scottish savage types that run around the highlands in mid winter in nothing but a skirt & beret. The more civilised people on the isles & further south wear trowsers & drink tea over cucumber sandwiches. Gentlemen, with such evidence as this & the theory of evolution one can consider what the consequences would be for certain body parts due to years of exposure to the Scottish winter. Compare this to the fine members of the southern nation in their warmer clothing & hotter climate & I'm sure you can conclude that the English willy is considerably bigger than the Scots.
