I listen to some current rap even though i was brought up on Run DMC/Public Enemy/Whodini/BDP....
My stepfather taught me something a long time ago. He told me not to get locked into a single genre or decade of tunes. He told me to expand myself because it's all good, no matter what it is. You know what?, he was right. I now listen to just about anything.....from metal, classical, rap, blues and so on.
