When you take him outside for his walk give him an area of about 15 feet out from you in a circle and use a key phrase such as "hurry up" until they go, then give them a treat or scratch his head or something. Keep using hurry up and when he gets older he will associate that with "hey dog, hurry the fuck up and piss". It will save you time when you are running late and need him to go quickly.
