What has some bi-polar relationship failure have anything to do with a guy who simply said offhand, that he doesnt deserve some girl?

He has known this girl his entire life, and the only thing we know about this girl is one picture on the internet.
Its kind of insulting to give out advice like that unless its asked for, because its suggesting serious ignorance on his part.
