I'm sure with males there's a way they decide if it's rape or not but since this case involes a female they just mentioned the vagina.

Probably under law technicality its a sexual offence rather than a rape (Which has the same the up to 40 years in prison sentence - so isn't too different anyway), but in every day life analsex against-will is still rape.
