hey do you know any other free programs that i can use to edit skins and stuff without adobe photoshop? if you know where to download it please tell me because i wanna edit skins but i dont have enough money to by photoshop.

there is paintshop pro but I find photoshop to be better
but it doesnt mean you cant create great skins with paintshop pro
look at wolf-man.. hes using psp and is one of the greatest skinner out there

[url:a9da8]http://www.jasc.com[/url:a9da8]. It isn't free though, you can download it but you still need to buy it if you want all the features. Still a good program even without the purchase (it is what i use, and I think it's better than Adobe Photoshop).

no no no no no....download the trail and buy paintshop pro 7 from jasc and then goto http://www.cracks.am and get the crack to activate the full programme...easy...all i done...
