Yeah, It should happen, just not that much, and it should be accuratly represented. ( like if your M1911 .45 'stovepipes', you can see the spent shell cassing stuck between the slide and ejection port.) And you would have to push a button to 'clear the jam'. But it should happen VERY rarely.
