Sorry to gravedig a bit but I spent a few weeks in Honolulu last year and was given a tour of the city. We were riding around the "middle-class" areas, where the houses were not spectacular at all, just your average house. Some were about on the level of Nyck's house, and others were way below that. The tour guide said the average price of those houses were $500,000.
