I never heard that. I'm sure if it did happen like that we wouldn't hear anything like that. But I did watch a thing on TV about it. They said fighters were 70 miles away fromintercepting it when it went down. To far for them to shoot it down of course. They also talked to a witness who didn't say anything about a fighter. He said that it was going up and down and then nose dived into teh ground. If it had been shot down I think it would have been too much to cover up. Too many witnesses and information from norad and other radar sites would ahve shown it. I doubt it was shot down.

EDIT: Forgot to include that there are a lot of crazy people out there. What about things like UFO and stuff. people say a lot of things for many different reasons. Some want to believe it so much that they see it or imagine it and some are crazy sons of bitches. Some may make up stories for publicity. Ya just never know. Something to consider maybe.
