[Commenting on this thread in general] Banning guns doesn't solve the problem or even help it by a little, that just persuades people to use bigger weapons that will take out even more people.

Sounds like someone had problems when they were a kid, perhaps I should inform the fuzz before you go shooting up a school with bananas. Besides, I didn't even suggest banning planes nor did the original author, I and him were just using it to get the point across that banning any certain weapon doesn't help the problem since there are many other potential weapons out there.
