I read his entire tour journal, Get In The Van: On The Road With Black Flag, and he really goes insane in 1984-85. his entries are all long poetic mind boggling passages of people dying, sex, and strange shit. he was one weird guy, but he went through a lot while on tour. bands these days have it easy.
