scorpio, looking at everything posted so far, would it be possible to make it an anti-spawn killer mod, affecting campers and snipers. how about a big arrow pointing at the player and him saying "i'm a spawn killer, come and frag me" that would be cool!

A spawn killer you can just kick and ban from the server anyway.
