Currently I have a lot of VBR mp3s, which obviously go up and down with regards to their bitrate.

Is there a program or method for converting them to a solid 192k bitrate.

I want a static, normal bitrate and not a variable one......


any ideas?

dbpoweramp was how I fixed this, it has a converter program thats great for converting most audio.

Reason was that I was making a mixer cd for my pops and his player didn't like VBR much so a static BR was needed
