Default HELP NEEDED - 09-28-2002, 02:41 AM

PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS GAME UP AND RUNNING ON MY PC.

i have downloaded my new drivers and MOHAA still doesnt work have you got ne ideas please as this game sounds excellent and i need 2 play on it!!!!!!!!

i click on the shortcut and : it just stays like this for ever until u press Ctrl Alt delete to get it off your screen. and some times it comes up with

Mohaa has caused an error in ~DF3948. TMP>
Mohaa will now close

if u continue 2 experience problems,
try restarting your computer

i've never heard of that error before but i've heard plenty of windows ME horror stories, go warez yourself a copy of xp or something biggrin:

OK several things. You downloaded and installed the correct patch for your MOH ( the UK patch )


What type of video card are you using?

If all else fails uninstall MOH.
If you can not just uninstall it via control panel. Then delete the folder and run reg cleaner. remove all instances of MOH from your registry. But be carefully. Then reinstall your game.

If the error keeps coming up give us the exact error code, that might help

yes i have downloaded that uk patch.

i am using a nividia Geforce 2MX and i have downloaded new drivers.

Do u think that getting XP would solve the problem???

I don't see why winME should not work. Unless you have installed so much shareware that your OS is in need of a fresh install.

My personal feelings of ME = devil
winXP is a very good OS just make sure you have enough ram.

I would try the uninstall and reinstall of MoH 1st

Get Xp pro is my oppinion, i have never ever had any probs with it, and it has never locked up on me.

oh and by the way, ME is prolly the worst windows porrgy you can get i thought win95 was better.

i have uninstalled and re-installed the program then took all the things of my toolbar. and it still doesnt work!!! :@

So ill have 2 try XP.

now that i have installed xp pro it still wont run and now it comes up with the message:

The drive is not ready for use ; its door may be open. pleasse check drive d and make sure that the drive door is closed.

the door is closed and the cd is in u stupid thing!!!!!
