Yep. Extensions.

As for the vid, I couldn't watch it because it was a slideshow for me , but I know she's pretty chunky now and from what I could tell in the vid, she just kinda fumbled around.

Her problem is that she still tries to act like she's hot shit and she's not anymore. She hasn't been hot since 2000 IMO. Early on in her career, she had that kinda sweet innocent but still kinda a slut look to her, and most of her songs reflected that. Then mid career (2001-2004), her look turned mostly slutty, and pretty much dropped the innocent little girl look, and her songs reflected that change. Now that she's not really that hot, her songs don't need to have lines like, "It's Britney bitch!" in them. It sounds ridiculous, and nobody is going to buy that she's actually a cute girl after all the shit she's done to her image. She should focus on milder song material instead of trying to be something she's not.

For example, Kelly Clarkson is a fairly good looking girl, but nothing incredible. I'd say she's a little better looking than Britney, but not by much. You don't see Kelly Clarkson dancing around like a retard. She keeps it clean because she knows her image isn't compatible with slut bag lyrics.
