Developed into a full armour combat suit, and I can see a great combat role for it, soldiers can be invulnerable to RPG fire, openly fire without having to take cover every 5 seconds etc. I also see a use for it for strategic planning, etc.

Because it serves no purpose. When are you ever going to need a fucking robot exoskeleton? And if its going to be used in the military, where is the military going to get the money to pay for them?

Obviously it serves no real purpose TODAY.......but as they develop it more, improve on things, THEN you'll see it being used more usefully. Stepping stones ya know

Dude, stop and think. A robot exoskeleton. Did you watch the video? Workers could simply do more with it on. How the fuck is that not useful? You can do more. Simply. That's why it's useful you fuckass.
And where is the military going to find money? Are you breathing? We're trillions in the hole because of military, that's where they get money you fucking retard.

I just think that its a pointless investment for something out of a video game. Why spend the money on something so obscure when you can spend the money on better training, weapons, or vehicles, etc. If we are already trillions in debt, I'm glad they are pouring more money into research that will probably never actually happen.
