I use the xp 32bit beta driver and it improved things for me a bit. Also its laggy on my 8800 so don't be surprised if it is on yours, try the TweakGuides crysis fixes, its great and you'll see big differences after you tweak things a little, resolution is a big factor so try lowering that first.
