Those aren't the same video. They did do a story on the news about it last night. I saw it by chance. They had a freeze frame of the actual footage and some of the things a film "expert" pointed out actually got me wondering if it could be true. However, due to not having seen the video I can't say for myself if I would believe it to be true. Will have to wait to see.

but anyways.... Sci-Fi channel used to have a show called Sightings where they once showed a video of a government official interrogating an alien. I wish i could find the video still, the alien in this video talks, rather than the one on google.
