I am not sure if this is the site you saw or not but I have posted a fairly indepth comparison chart of several popular weapons mods along with an explaination of what the numbers mean on our clans website. I did this to allow people to understand what modders like myself are actually changing, how that affects gameplay, and where are the differences in the various settings. Hope this helps
