I generally have 20-80 pings on all west coast servers. It's very consistent and i have a static IP. DirecTV is my provider. Hookup was only about 10 days, and the one time i called customer service the hold time was about 20 SECONDS! My buddy has cable nearby and my ping is generally 20 - 30 points lower than his on the same server.
