Depends how well I know the people who I'm speaking too...I actually did pretty good public speaking this one thing about a year ago, and that was to about 100 people or so, but I had to do a presentation in September for my class and I was really nervous...Its weird

i know im gonna get so much shit for this, but i'll say it anyway. I have tourettes and that really isnt funny. i dont have the vocal kind, but none of you know how it is. you have no idea....

i dont have the vocal kind, i have a twitch in my head, its like an itch that never goes away, and you just have to give into it. its a mental problem that i was born with. it goes away most of the year, but usually around this time it gets bad, it just started going away. i take medication for it, but sometimes it doesnt help. it doesnt bother me most of the time though, most of my friends dont know i have it, but when they see me twitch they get scared....i dont blame them though.

in all seriousness, maybe you should try meditation. My dad I think has like a mild version of what you're talking about. He unknowingly does this thing with his eyebrows. And he either never does it, or he does it a lot, like you were talking about on and off. Either I'd notice it 50 times a week, or not at all in a month.
