Hanging lethal weapons is fine. The real problem in this is why was the sword sharpened enough to cut him so he could beleed to death?

i dont see much difference in what you said, other than pyros use of negative descriptors... i think you essentially have the same questions as him...

why was the sword there, and why didnt a parent know enough to move it?...
