1. Place your hands sholder width apart and on the floor in front of you.
2. Extend your legs behind you to create a 90 degree angle from your feet to your head , get your ass out of the air son , no one wants to see that.
3. Now without moving any other part of your body other than your arms , touch the floor with your nose and return to the 90 degree angle possition.
Please repeat steps 1 - 3 until I get tired of looking at you.
