I did that once and the cop absolutely took my head off because I didn't stop immediately. He pulled behind me when there was no shoulder and I knew there was shoulder shortly up ahead, so I waited about 1/4 mile. When he got up to my window he laid into me and said if I had kept going it would've been resisting arrest. What a dick.
|
Dude trust me, that would of been throw out in court if he arrestd you and you could of had a huge law suit and made tons of money. hehe
And here in Fredericksburg, they have a division...set up to catch speeders. Good game again VA
Himmler: Your so awesome, i dont know how the fuck you got to 105, your suppose to shut down the second the other guy starts pulling on you. Thats just so you dont fucking kill yourself or someone else.

He was just trying to scare the shit out of me. He was mad that I was driving a fast car and not speeding, and that I was in a college town and not drunk... seriously. It was a total joke. He ended up giving me a ticket for making an incomplete stop at a flashing red light. hake:

I've been pulled over twice in my life. Once for flashing my high beams, the seoncd for pulling out into a center lane then break checking the cop cuz I didn't know it was one. Got out of both because i think the cops just got hard ons pulling me over for nothing.

I've been pulled over once, driving my dad's car on my leaners license, when I was about 16, I was with two of my friends, it was like 5am on a saturday morning - So I just made up this story about how I had to go pick up my little brother from downtown....They let me off!
(Learners license = Not allowed to drive without a full license driver in the front seat next to you)
Since then I've been ticketed for sitting in the back of my mates car without a seatbelt, 120 fucking dollars....Which then became $280, when the cop ticketed my mate who was driving for only having a restricted license, with 2 passengers...(Because it was my fault in the first place, I agreed to pay a third of the ticket)....
I've also been caught by a speed camera twice, once for 80$ and the second time, just a couple of weeks ago for $120....
(Half the cost for USD)

iam going to call in the morning to see what my options are
i broke the law, clearly and i am responsible for the ticket, there is no need to fight it in my eyes, i just want to see if i can get the price dropped(which i don't know what the price is at the moment, i have co-workers telling me $120-$300)
also was told that i might be able to take a defensive driving class or somthing of the sort..
i worked hard for my $$$ and don't want to see it all blown away like this, iam sure you guys who live paycheck to paycheck can feel me on this
