Fallout 2 is my favorite. IMO its much better than Fallout 1; im not saying the first sucked, far from it, its just that the sequel was so freakin good. A game where you get to defend earth from a group of aliens bannded together on a genecidal mission to kill all Humans. And you'd get to drive cool vehicals and where power armour. Oh, and you'd have this cool girl like in your head, helping you out.
