great video, heros all of them. I'm wondering with some of the comments i'm seeing, would World War II have ended up differently had it been fought today? Coleman's point (as i saw it) was that we were all united under the same banner directly after 9/11 but the US as a country was soon divided again due to ideology.

Adolf Hitler and an army of Millions + Japan + Italy + Bulgaria + Finland + others. > Iraq/Taliban.
one is a threat, the other is just a waste of lives. I wish we could bring back the dead to life and ask them if they thought it was worth it.

My Opinion -

Pretty awful video, the video with the Enya vocals on it was alot better, shame it wasn't more intelligently done. I just saw memories of Vietnam come though in this video, like nothings been learnt ......the mindset of: LETS KILL EM ALL, WE HAVE BIG WEAPONS! kinda brawn over brain don't you think. The music was terrible and poorly applied, it was like a trailer to '9/11 - The Movie!' but you have to lower your expectations when it comes to random people making amateur videos on the net though.
Don't get me wrong, there were some nice touches in there but I thought it'd pick up at the end instead of the planes, bombs, guns and explosion shots.
4/10 - Must do better! am I being over critical? of course I am. And don't give me shit about respecting the dead, etc, I'm criticising the editing and it's application.
I'd love to see a good 9/11 video, its a day no-one will ever forget but I'd still like to have a little video to help slap me over the face with to tell me that yeah, that really did happen.
Gerv would do a decent one i'm sure if he had good footage at hand.

you can never unite this country under one banner. looking at the many political parties. this is what's great about democracy. of course there is a minimal amount of nationalism, but with the growing changes and relaxation of social life in this country you continue to see freedom of speech being exercised from groups that had no speak after ww2 (such as blacks, native americans, hispanics, asians etc.)
white people are supporting them and this gives their voice more power into politics. this also changes the collage of america as a whole making it more diverse. dont forget to mention there are 50 states...states also have power so that gives people allegiance to state and country (see civil war for divisions). need i explain more? this country will never see the nationalist unification found under national socialism, nor would i want to see it, as nationalism for this country leads to war...why would we need that and what is so great about it?

i remember when watching the scenes from 9/11/01 with the people jumping out and falling and all that shit, and i shed a tear or two because how disturbing it was seeing that, not being a stunt from a movie but all real life fucked up.
doesnt feel like it was that long ago, 3 years ago coming on 4.
