[quote="Short Hand":d2068]arkan, IF YOUR buying a gtr, you ain't buying it for your daily comute, your buying it for weekends t the track and fun cruising. so it does serve a purpose, they wouldn't slap a spoiler like thaT onto a car liek that unless it served a purpose.[/quote:d2068]

You're right about using the car as a "weekender"....so is the 5.0 Cammer...not a daily driver.

I only brought in the body kits and lights as a side note, just something I thought of.

What I'm saying is that a simple lip spoiler is a HELL of a lot cheaper to make than a wing that has to be built with aeronautics involved. Whereas with the lip spoiler, it is just a flat piece of metal, all that has to be figured out is the angle, which could be a lot easier to chand on a lip design than with a wing. If you simply change the angle of the wing, that throws off all of the dynamics of the airflow around it.

Yep, you showed me a picture of a real rally car. (one that was ungodly huge, BTW) I was just saying that you wouldn't see one of those "Rally inspired design" rice cars out there doing that. It couldn't handle it.

I have seen cars that I really thought looked good that I would also call "rice". To me a lot of ricer cars look nice, but that GT-R concept is not one of them.
