My apologies if my info was incorrect. My understanding of the situation was that he was wearing an unusually heavy coat for Summer, and on account of his occupation, had wires and the like protruding from a bag

The article said he was on the way to repair something (i forgot what) yet he didnt take any equipment needing a rucksack? eek:

He was on his way to fit a fire alarm. He had left his stuff with a work colleague the night before, supposedly.
