Just a suggestion, but both RD's aa.com server and Crow King's Forlorn Hope are donation worthy servers. I know this is much different from having your own clan server, but perhaps a substantial donation could get you some private slots/time during non-peak hours. (note this is an invention of my own mind, and not meant to represent anything RudeDog or Crow King has ever said or even implied)
