[The Dirty Vicar]

A lot of admins running their servers leave the voting disabled and so when you come across the occasional TK'er who likes to dopplegang your name or do a spot of TK'ing, you are unable to vote the TK'er off. I'm not running a server but am curious to know if the voting percentage needed to pass a vote can be decreased individually by admins or whether the game developers have left that unchangeable?

as far as i know everyone has to vote for it to pass, or at least the vast majority. good luck getting people to vote oOo:
